Wilusz, ASA, CFA\n \nEdward A. Wilusz, ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser in discipline of Business Valuation), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), is the Managing Director of Value Management Inc., a business valuation and merger & acquisition consulting firm located in Jamison, Pennsylvania.  He has been active in this field since 1980.  He has conducted, supervised or reviewed more than 6,000 business appraisals and been involved in more than 100 transactions.  Ed has testified in court on numerous occasions and has spoken on the topic of business valuations on a national and local level.   \n \nHe is Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.  Ed was on the Valuation Advisory Committee of the ESOP Association for 17 years.  He has been retained as an expert witness by the IRS, the City of Philadelphia and the State Attorney General of Pennsylvania.\n \nEd has a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree presented Magna Cum Laude in accounting and finance from LaSalle University.\n \nPlease return the meeting reservation form below with a check payable to Lancaster County EPC before October 13th, 2014.  \n \nIf you must cancel, please call Melissa Simpson at 717.317.9117 before Monday, October 13th.\n \n \n \n
