DESCRIPTION:\n"Tax Cuts and Jobs Act"\n \nAttendees will learn about key highlights of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed in December 2017.  Unique planning techniques will be presented on charitable giving and use of spousal trusts.  An analysis of the impact to various taxpayers on sample scenarios will be provided.\n \nRandall joined Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP in 2011. Prior to joining our firm, Randall was a finance manager at an international nonprofit organization, and as a staff accountant at a public accounting firm.  He currently serves on the firm’s Manufacturing, Not-for-Profit, and Healthcare Practice Groups. He is also a member of the Multistate\n Taxation Committee.  As a Tax Department Manager, Randall handles all aspects of tax planning and preparation and business consulting for some of the firm's significant clients.  Randall enjoys activities with his family, playing various sports, volunteer work, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams. He lives in Lancaster County with his wife and two children.\n
